The Space Between The Lines @ SUKHOTHAI - September 9 - 29

Iceland is a country of myth and story, of sharp contrasts of colour and light.  All of this is reflected in the art of Rey Saem, a recent immigrant to the Bloor West Village area of Toronto.

This architect turned painter´s second show is titled ´The Space Between the Lines´ a reference to the abstractions in his latest work, which features smaller paintings than those he showed last September.

These smaller works continue to show his fascination with the moon and stars in whimsical fashion by making use of strong colour to blend canvas, glue and other elements.   Other paintings include elephants, dogs and other subjects using abstract line and colour.

Come and enjoy excellent Thai food at an affordable price in a convivial atmosphere enhanced by the opportunity to peruse his new work!

Open September 9 to 29, 2018. Monday through Saturday, 11:30am - 2:30pm and 5pm - 10pm, and Sunday 5pm - 10pm.
